Michael began his real estate career in year 2002 with HDB sales and residential project marketing. His years of experience as a sales manager and as a site supervisor in the construction industry has helped him grow in the real estate industry.

Equipped with an aptitude for sales, sincerity, diligence and a passion for meeting people, Michael has personally transacted hundreds of HDB flats, condominiums, landed properties and commercial properties. His vast experience has also enabled him to provide relevant and crucial advice on property issues to his clients.

As a Real Estate Salesperson, his first priority is to always make his clients happy. He listens to his clients’ wants and needs, tailoring his services to each customer’s needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction. Michael strives to ensure that the client’s buying or selling process is fun, easy and stress-free. Often, he will go the extra mile, beyond his scope of duty, to help his clients solve any issues they encounter. His clients can always count on him to be there for them at any time, any day.

Treating customers like family and friend are both a guiding principle and a way of life for Michael. This has enabled Michael to receive good praises and strong recommendations from his clients. 80% of his sales comes from the referrals of his satisfied clients. Most importantly, Michael’s goal is to always deliver excellent service to his clients in order to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business.

In 2008, Michael entered into team management with the support of his Director and his team has since grown to a size of more than 30 full time real estate salespersons. Throughout his real estate career, Michael has trained and mentored many Real Estate Salespersons to embrace real estate as a full-time career and excel to be the best that they can be. Today he is a Senior Associate Group director in the fastest growing team of Navis Living Group in OrangeTee & Tie Pte Ltd.
